- Please email list of requested 4-man teams to Joseph Ferrell (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Shawn Walker (email@example.com). Incomplete teams or individuals are welcome and will be grouped to make 4 person teams, if possible.
- Registration deadline TBD.
- Mulligans are unlimited and cost $5 each; mulligans can be bought ahead of time during registration or on the day of the tournament (exact cash or check only on day of event).
- Registration includes Green Fee, Cart Fee, Range Balls, Breakfast and Lunch.
- Lunch will be provided following the tournament along with Awards Ceremony.
